During this class Alicia called out the poses as a practice sequence and students were free to make appropriate modifications that fit their individual needs. The pictures are suggestions as to how the poses could be done. As you practice this the timing for each pose would be up to you and what feels like an appropriate amount of time to stay in the pose to derive benefit from the position.
